Shipping Conditions, Payment and Taxes & Returns

We ship our jewelry with Canada post, registered mail and insured.

All orders are require a signature, unless customer specifically instructs otherwise.

Delivery time is between 1-8 weeks (depending on volume of order and availability), we will email you in 24/48 hours the shipping date.

Shipping and insurance costs will be added to your invoice.

Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express through PayPal, Bank Transfer, Money Order, C.O.D and Personal Checks*.
the payment through PayPal can be made on our site.

*Checks: the order will be shipped after cashing.

First orders are Pre-Pay.

Credit: subsequent orders will be net 30 days (upon approval, after verification of current credit references).
Cancellation of any order must be made within 7 days of order confirmation.
Taxes: Local customs and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

In Canada, GST or HST will be charged based on the province of the shipping address.

Returning items for Repair or Exchange

We inspect each item during the manufacturing process and before shipping to verify the quality of the jewelry.

Should you however receive a damaged or defective item ‘Yutal Jewelry Fusion’ will replace it
and will pay for the return shipping.

Returning items for any other reason than damage or defect requires ‘Yutal Jewelry Fusion’s advance approval

Returning items will be done under the following conditions and according to these simple steps:

1. Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you notify us by email and obtain a confirmation & an address for the returning merchandise,

2. Items must be repacked in the original packaging materials (if possible).

3. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with the original sales receipt.

4. Items with stones or pearls cannot be exchanged for identical items with different stones/pearls color or shade except if offered by ‘Yutal Jewlery Fusion’.

5. All returns will be processed after we inspect and verify the items.
Returns take approximately five business days upon receipt of the item to process.

6. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment minus the shipping.
